01. Do you guys really create and produce your own material?
Most Definitely!! We have been producing quality adult artwork, toons, anime and flash movies for over two years! Our talented team of artists, animators and writers are always working around the clock to bring you some of the most unique and hottest adult toon material on the web! In addition to our very own material, we've also gathered some of the best third-party toon collections we could find!
02. How often do you update your member area?
We update the member's area multiple times a week! We are always busy developing and looking for quality content for our members! In fact, in our member area, you will notice a "What's New?" box that keeps you updated on all the latest additions and goodies so you never miss a thing!
03. What will appear on my credit card statement when I signup?
Your credit card will be descreetly billed by our online billing processor: CCBill.com. Look for "CCBILL.COM*ZIP" on your statement!
04. How do I unsubscribe from your updates newsletter?
If you want to be removed from our updates newsletter mailing list, click on over to our Unsubscribe Page - type in your e-mail address and hit the "Remove Now!" button. Your e-mail will be removed from our system immediately.
05. How do I subscribe to your updates newsletter?
You can subscribe to our updates newsletter from every single page in the guest area and the main page of the member area! Follow this link and look for the subscription box at the bottom of the page.
06. How do I contact you if I have other questions?
All general and technical questions regarding our website should be directed to admin@cozytoons.com. If you have any qestions regarding your member info and/or billing, please send an e-mail to shoppingcart@ccbill.com or contact the billing live operators by Clicking Here.
07. How do I cancel my Cozy Toons membership?
All you have to do is submit the quick cancellation form and your account will be terminated immediately. Click Here for the membership cancellation form by CCBill.
08. I lost my username and/or password - How can I obtain it?
We've got you covered - all you have to do is fill out and submit the following Member Lookup Form.
09. How do I access my transaction information and membership info?
Please fill out and submit the member information retrieval Member Lookup Form.
10. I can't view some of the content in the member area?
This can be attributed to a couple of things. First and foremost, make sure you have the programs on our Plugins Page setup on your computer! Also make sure you are using Internet Explorer and Netscape version 4.0 or higher. AOL users make sure to have the latest version of AOL setup on your computer to ensure best possible viewing of our site. Last but not least, make sure that your browser is Javascript Enabled. 11. When I try to login - I get an Access Denied Page?
This can be attributed to a couple of factors. It is possible that your membership was expired and/or cancelled. Another possibility would be that the username/password you are using is invalid or not available in our system. If you are having login problems of any kind, please contact Billing Support.
12. Where can I report a broken image and/or dead link?
If you encounter a dead link or a broken image, please report them to admin@cozytoons.com. We will make sure the problem gets fixed without delay!
13. Who do I contact for questions regarding my subscription?
You can contact the billing departement by visting this page or by sending an e-mail here. You can also forward all general questions an concerns via e-mail here.
14. I can't seem to load any of the animated movies and games?
Just about every game, interactive media and flash movies in our member's area requires Flash Player 5.0 or higher! Make sure to download the latest version for free here or visit our Plugins Page.
