2. CozyToons.com will pay you 50% commission on each successful paid membership you send to our site including all rebills. You will get paid by CCBill, our third-party payment processor, every week in US dollars. All affiliate stats and payments are handled by CCBill.
3. CozyToons.com has the right to terminate your account at any time and may do so with or without prior notice or cause. If this does happen, any balance owed will be paid. However, if you violate our Terms and Conditions in any capacity, all monies owed will NOT be paid.
4. Absolutely no hot-linking. All banners and ads must be served from your websites. You are not allowed to alter the banners or images from CozyToons.com without our approval. Please contact us if you need to make changes to any of the promotional material offered in our webmaster area.
5. CozyToons.com policies are for ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY FORM OF SPAMMING, including but not limited to newsgroups and e-mail. If you spam, your participation in this program will be terminated. You will be barred from future participation in this program and all funds otherwise due to you will be forfeited to CozyToons.com.
6. We do not support or accept sites that contain illegal material including, but not limited to, Child Pornography, Beastiality, Warez, Passwords, Rape, Incest and acts of Violence. It is strictly prohibited to advertise for us, or use any of our promotional banners and images on a website that contains illegal or obscene material of any nature and/or as mentionned above.
7. Nothing herein shall be construed as a grant or assignment of any rights in any intellectual property owned by CozyToons.com, including, without limitation, any of its trademarks or service marks. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no control or ownership interests of any kind in your business or Website. Upon termination of this agreement, whether by CozyToons.com or the affiliate, all material related to the promotion of CozyToons.com website must be removed from the affiliate's site. This includes, but is not limited to, banners, page ads, links and pictures.
8. We shall not monitor, supervise or review, and shall not be responsible for any content appearing or otherwise distributed on, at or in association with your website except for that content which is supplied to you by CozyToons.com, provided that said content supplied to you by CozyToons.com has not be altered or modified by you or any other party.
9. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall CozyToons.com, its employees, independent contractors, authors, agents, representatives, assigns and successors be liable to you, or any other person or entity, for any direct or indirect losses, injuries or incidental or consequential damages of any kind (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) with regard to any link to CozyToons.com, or arising from or in connection with the use of the program materials, or due to any mistakes, omissions, delays, errors, interruptions in the transmission, or receipt of CozyToons.com services, content or program materials, including without limitation any losses due to serve problems or due to incorrect placement of HTML or other programming languages.
